We helped WHO in multiple campaigns on environmental health topics - like safe drinking water, indoor and outdoor air pollution, heavy metal exposure and more - by developing infographic slides. These were produced in six languages and shared globally on social media.

More than 2 billion people lack safe drinking water at home. Lushomo helped the WHO raise awareness around their efforts to achieve universal access to safe water by 2030.
Lushomo approaches these kinds of infographics through our usual design double diamond technique. This means that we create a lot of options, zero in on one, and then iterate several times on that. Its a creative and often non-lineal process.
WHO provided us with translations of the English slides and we then had them laid out by designers fluent in the five additional languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
We chose bright colours and bold, simple visuals for these infographic sets, to capture attention and encourage engagement on social media.
